The National weather Service in Belmont says we should see an increase in monsoon moisture this weekend. Meteorologist Tim Stefan says storms will continue each day. He says the main threats remain the same, lightning and flash flooding. Residents should keep an eye on the weather when venturing outside and heed all weather alerts and warnings. Stefan says monsoon moisture will stay with us each day through the coming week. Temperatures will be a little cooler, approaching normal for this time of year.
