This afternoons heavy rains caused flooding North of Flagstaff along the Highway 89 corridor. The Red Cross has opened a shelter for those affected by a localized flooding North of Flagstaff. The shelter is located at Sturgeon Cromer Elementary School on Silver Saddle Road. No information is currently available on the extent of the flooding or the areas affected.
