Multiple calls for flood related incidents kept Flagstaff Fire busy on Sunday. Crews responded to multiple calls for homes flooding and stranded motorists. Captain Kevin Wilson says vehicles got stuck in flash flood waters downtown and a few required the assistance of fire crews.Heavy rainfall caused flooding in the southern area of Flagstaff near I-40 and Hwy 89A effecting many homes.The Red Cross opened up a shelter at Sinagua Middle School for displaced families in need of assistance. Wilson says no serious injuries were reported in any of the incidents.
