On 04-28-24, at approximately 1333 hours, Efrain Mendoza Chanez was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI), open container in the vehicle and never being issued a driver’s license. A records check revealed Efrain had a valid full extradition warrant from ICE. Efrain was booked into the Yavapai County Detention Center for his DUI related charges and the ICE warrant.
