On Friday night, an off-duty YCSO Deputy working at the Prescott Rodeo Grounds Fair was told of a female who was unconscious on a bench and did not respond. Luckily, the Deputy was carrying Narcan which he then administered to the female who quickly became alert and began to vomit. Medical and Prescott PD arrived shortly after to take over. The female has not been identified and is believed to be a teenager.
