YCSO issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 4,000 block of Del Rio Drive in the Verde Villages. In 2009, 26-year old Harley James Gann was convicted of sexual conduct with a minor. Gann, who was 17 at the time, was involved in a sexual relationship with a 14-year old female known to him. This occurred in Cordes Lakes. In 2010, he was convicted of 2-counts of failing to register as a sex offender. Gann is a level 3 offender or high risk to the community.
