SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 08/24/2023 at approximately 6:47 am the above pictured vehicle was traveling east bound on East Phoenix Ave. The vehicle stopped at the stop sign at Phoenix and Beaver and failed to yield to the bicyclist who was traveling south on South Beaver St. The truck clipped the cyclist and caused him to fall and sustain minor injury. The vehicle then continued east bound without stopping. The vehicle is blue in color and appears to be a Ford F250 between a 2019 and 2021.
