YCSO Deputies Kept Busy with Drug Busts

9/15 YCSO deputies have made several drug arrests over the past few weeks. An August 20-th traffic stop near Prescott resulted in 10-grams of fentanyl and 3-grams of meth being seized. On the same day a second stop resulted in a gram of fentanyl being seized and the driver charged with DUI. A stop on August 24-th in Mayer resulted in meth, drug paraphernalia, cash and a loaded weapon being seized and the driver and passenger being arrested. August 28-th, in Prescott Valley, a driver was stopped and found to be in possession of a quarter pound of methamphetamine, and 1.5-ounces of fentanyl. The female driver was arrested and has since been sentenced to 9-years in prison. On September 9-th, YCSO Rescue-1 located the vehicle of a drug suspect wanted on an active warrant and guided ground units to the location. Deputies stopped the vehicle at which time several grams of methamphetamine were located.
