7/16 YCSO responded to a fatal, 2-vehicle, head-on crash on Walker Road Wednesday. The initial investigation suggests a 17-year-old female driver struck a van coming in the opposite direction, causing the crash. A 69-year-old Prescott man in the van was taken to YRMC where he died from his injuries. The female driver was also taken to YRMC for treatment. Names were not released. Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to contact YCSO.
