6/18 The Tonto National Forest implemented a Sycamore Fire Emergency Closure Order around the blaze through at least July 17-th. The fire is burning north of Globe and has charred 1,600-acres; it’s 0% contained. Command of the lightning fire was turned over to a Type-3 Incident team Wednesday.
