6/11 Tonto National Forest officials say the Pioneer Fire, north of Tonto Basin, is 90% contained at 10-acres. The fire started Sunday due to a man welding a gate. The sparks ignited the blaze, which destroyed several structures, including 2-outbuildings, 2-pump houses, an RV and 2-RV trailers. Unless conditions change, this is the final update the forest service will release related to this fire.
