6/11 The Papa Fire, east of Flagstaff, is now 50% contained at 118-acres. The lower acreage is due to better mapping of the blaze. Despite Red Flag conditions, firefighters were able to build a containment line around the fire the first night and then maintained those lines through Red Flag conditions on Tuesday. The cause of the fire is undetermined.
