5/29 YCSO says 2-former employees of Colt Grill pleaded guilty to hiring and harboring undocumented workers. The restaurants, located in Prescott, Prescott Valley, Sedona, Cottonwood and Foley, Alabama, were raided by authorities in July of last year. Luis Pedro Rogel-Jaimes and Iris Cristal Romero-Molina admitted to employing undocumented workers at the restaurants. YCSO says both remain in federal custody and will likely be deported once they’ve served their prison sentences.
