4/24 DPS released a few details into a 2-vehicle crash they responded to on I-40 near Flagstaff, April 18-th. The investigation determined the driver of a semi rear-ended an SUV hauling a U-Haul trailer at interstate speeds. The evidence was gathered through the semi’s dash cam. Three people in the vehicle were seriously injured and were transported to an area hospital for treatment. The semi driver, whose name was not released, was charged with reckless driving and 3-counts of endangerment.
