Verde Valley Fire responded to a report of a structure fire on the 2500 block of South Hillert Drive, in Cornville, on Wednesday morning. Fire Chief Nazih Hazime says crews arrived to find a detached 2 story shed 50% involved in flames. He says crews were able to make a quick attack on the fire preventing further damage. Hazime says the fire appeared to have started in the upper part of the shed.No injuries were reported.
