1/15 Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority responded to an early-morning house fire yesterday. The home is on Granville Parkway in Prescott Valley. Crews arrived to heavy smoke coming from the home. The fire was doused and no injuries were reported. What started the fire is under investigation. Officials say working smoke alarms alerted the residents to the fire and allowed them to evacuate safely and call 911.
