12/18 An off-duty Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority Fire Captain is being credited with saving 2-lives last Saturday. Captain Brody Fields spotted a house fire while heading to the gym with his wife. Officials say there was visible fire on the outside of the house with light smoke inside. Captain Brody entered the house and helped 2-residents evacuate. He and his wife then used a garden hose to slow the spread of the fire until fire crews arrived and took over. It’s believed the fire started in the fireplace and spread into the attic.
