YCSO spokesperson Kristin Greene says Yavapai Silent Witness is offering up to a $10,000-cash reward for information leading to an arrest or arrests in the case of the Yavapai Apache Police officer who was shot at in the Tunlii housing area on the Yavapai Apache Indian Reservation in Camp Verde on Wednesday night. Greene says in addition, the FBI Phoenix division identified a person of interest in the incident. Officials are asking for the public’s help in locating 39-year old Valentin Rodriquez, who may have further information on the shooting. He may be a member of/or connected to the tribe in Camp Verde. Rodriquez is a Hispanic male, 5’9”, about 160-pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to contact the FBI Phoenix office or Yavapai Silent Witness.
