Friday afternoon, Cottonwood Police responded to a serious, 4-vehicle crash at Highway-260 and Rodeo Drive. Sgt Chad Sinn says while responding, officers were notified that a child in a car seat had been ejected from one vehicle, which had rolled. He says the cause of crash is still under investigation and it’s unknown if impairment was a factor. Two occupants, to include the child that was ejected, were taken by air to FMC while one person from another vehicle was taken to VVMC. Sinn says at least one of the drivers was in critical condition; the infant suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
