3/4 DPS responded to a fatal crash on Highway-89 near Tuba City Monday morning. Officials say the driver of a pickup crashed head-on with an SUV headed southbound. The driver of the pickup was pronounced dead on scene; the other driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Impairment is believed to be a factor in the crash. No names were released.
