Yavapai County and their contractor will be performing slide mitigation work on a UVX Road adjacent to Perkinsville Road in the Jerome shops area. Construction will begin Monday, and continue through December 9-th. Construction will consist of soil nail and shotcrete reinforcing for slope stabilization and miscellaneous erosion control. One lane of traffic will remain open at all times; however, motorists may encounter slight delays throughout the work zones. Contact the county Public Works department for more information.
