Cottonwood officials say as work continues on the Mingus Avenue reconstruction project, their Contractor is preparing to begin installing the concrete curb and gutter along the north side of the roadway. Part of the work includes the installation of concrete valley gutters across some of the intersecting streets. This will necessitate a temporary closure of 10-th Street, 14-th Street, and 15-th Street, where they intersect with the north side of Mingus Avenue. Closures will begin on Monday and last through October 25-th. A detour is in place.
