YCSO issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 24,000-block of North Bourbon Alley in Paulden. In 1990, in Navajo County, 53-year old Carl Schaede was convicted of 3 counts of sexual assault against a minor. The victims were 14-year-old females known to him. Schaede is considered a level 3 offender or high risk to the community.
