DPS says a rolled semi was the cause of the closure of southbound I-17 Tuesday morning at the Highway-169 junction. Officials say there were no injuries. It took several hours to right the semi and remove it from the scene. Several crashes were reported Tuesday morning. Motorists are urged to slow down in wet weather.
