Flagstaff Police are asking the public to keep their dogs off ball fields and tennis courts. Officials say there have been numerous complaints about pet owners using the areas as dog parks. New signs have been posted prohibiting this type of activity. Police Officers and Animal Control will be issuing citations for violations.
