Yavapai County School Superintendent Tim Carter appointed Sheri Milner to the vacancy on the Congress Elementary School District Governing Board. The appointment expires at the end of 2022 at which time Milner can decide if she would like to run for the seat. The seat became vacant when Board Member Brenda Newell resigned without providing a reason. Milner has been a resident of the school district for 7-years.
