YCSO issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 3700-block of East Beaver Road in Rimrock. In 2003 in Yavapai County, 36-year old Alberto Ruiz was convicted of kidnapping and sexual conduct with a minor. The victim was an adolescent female. Ruiz is currently on parole and is considered a level 2 offender or intermediate risk to the community.
