Sedona Fire officials say a single tree on fire one mile east of downtown and just north of Schnebly Hill Road is producing smoke that will be noticeable to those in the area. Officials say the Bear Fire poses no threat to any community and consists of one juniper tree smoldering, with no threat of spreading. Firefighters will monitor the fire which will smolder throughout the day and eventually extinguish.
