Game and Fish has authorized, by permit only, fuel-wood cutting and removal on the Lamar Haines Wildlife Area near Flagstaff. The permits are free to the public and can be utilized during the wood cutting season, which ends November 15-th. The area is about 3-miles up Snow Bowl Road. Permits are available at the Game and Fish office on Lake Mary Road.
