The National Weather Service says seasonably warm temperatures and afternoon breezes will persist through Friday. Forecasters say monsoonal moisture gradually increases over the weekend with isolated to scattered thunderstorms becoming more widespread by Sunday and into next week. Currently there’s a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms through Friday with a 30% chance Saturday and Sunday, 40% chance Monday and showers and thunderstorms likely Tuesday and Wednesday.
