Prescott Valley Police responded to a head-on crash Tuesday morning on Highway-89A, east of Coyote Springs Road. The investigation determined the driver of a pickup crossed over and collided with an oncoming truck. The driver that caused the crash was flown to a Phoenix area hospital with significant injuries; the other driver was taken to YRMC with non-life threatening injuries. No names have been released and the incident remains under investigation.
