No rescue is too big or too small for the Prescott Fire Department. Sunday evening, crews responded to a report of a miniature Dachshund trapped under a large rock on Linwood Avenue. Crews arrived to find the 11-year old dog named Camie, had burrowed herself under some large boulders and couldn’t get out. Airbags and extrication equipment was brought in and the boulders were pushed apart. Crews were then able to reach Camie and pull her to safety. The entire rescue took 2.5-hours to complete.
Poor little guy was finally rescued.
