The National Weather Service in Flagstaff says active weather will continue over some parts of northern Arizona this afternoon and evening before tapering off overnight. Flash flooding will continue to be possible over Gila, Yavapai, and Coconino Counties. Another round of scattered thunderstorms is forecast Thursday afternoon over far northern Arizona near the Utah border, with drier conditions elsewhere. Conditions will dry out Friday through the weekend. Monsoonal flow beginning Monday should continue through at least mid-week next week.
