National Weather Service says clouds could clear a bit but flooding is still possible

The National Weather Service in Flagstaff says cloud cover remains over much of northern Arizona, likely limiting destabilization this afternoon. Officials say a few patches of clearing exist over Yavapai and western Coconino counties, where the greatest chances exist for more organized convection this afternoon. Flash flooding will continue to be the main threat today, with very heavy rainfall rates, similar to yesterday.
