Crews working on road to Dogtown Lake

A contractor working for the Kaibab National Forest has begun a road maintenance project on Forest Road 140 on the Williams Ranger District. The work will include roadway reconditioning and resurfacing on about 5-miles, which accesses Dogtown Lake and other recreation areas. The work should be finished by the end of May. The road will remain open during construction, but motorists should use caution in the area and expect up to 30-minute delays.
