Prescott Police Lt. Jon Brambila says just before 6-am this morning, a cement truck traveling northbound on Highway-89 rolled over after the driver failed to make the turn at the round-about on Deep Well Ranch Road. Brambila says the driver, a 58-year old male from Dewey-Humboldt, was not injured in the rollover. Investigators determined that speed was a factor in the crash and the driver was issued a civil citation. Highway-89 was closed to one northbound lane for about 2-hours.
