Flagstaff Police arrested three juveniles for attempted home invasion. Officials say the incident occurred at a home on South Paseo Del Flag Wednesday afternoon. The 911 caller reported people trying to break into their home and a witness reported seeing one of the suspects carrying a firearm. The suspects fled to a nearby house where they were contacted and arrested. The gun was also recovered. As a precaution, officers were present at the nearby Kinsey School as they were being released and The Boys and Girls Club enacted a “soft” shelter in place as a result of the police presence in the neighborhood nearby.
