The Silver Alert for a 79-year old Scottsdale woman has been cancelled. Officials say Sondra Engstrom, was reported missing Wednesday afternoon after she failed arrive at a dentist appointment. A citizen who assisted Engstrom at a gas station in north Phoenix a few hours later, said she seemed confused. Officials say Engstrom was found to be dehydrated but uninjured.
