It’s Day 1 of Yavapai Silent Witnesses Catch 22 program, but the fugitive has already been caught. Director Chris Wilson says they received word Thursday that 27-year old Marcel Jacob Lira was arrested in Sacramento, California earlier this week. He is wanted in Yavapai County for probation violation. Over the next 21 days we’ll feature a different wanted fugitive in Yavapai County. Each fugitive is worth at least a $500 cash reward.
