Residents evacuated from Siler Homes in Flagstaff were allowed to return home Wednesday. City officials say the underground gas leaks that were identified as part of a routine inspection at the public housing development have been repaired and all required inspections completed. All residents who were temporarily relocated during the repairs were able to return to their homes at noon Wednesday.
