Governor Doug Ducey has filled the vacancy on the Game and Fish Commission. Ducey chose James Goughnour of Payson. Goughnour has lived in Arizona for 42-years and is considered an outdoors enthusiast and driving force for wildlife conservation and outdoor recreation in the Payson area.
