A rollover accident closed I-40 westbound past Flagstaff around 9-am this morning. DPS Spokesman Quentin Mehr says a tanker truck carrying 40,000 pounds of liquid chocolate over turned blocking the roadway. Mehr says it’s suspected that the tanker was not attached properly to the semi which lead to the crash. The driver was not injured. I-40 westbound was closed for over 5 hours for cleanup.
