DPS officials say a Cornville woman was killed a two-vehicle crash on 89A and Page Springs Road Thursday afternoon. Officials say a passenger vehicle driven by 82-year old Claudette Flynn, of Cornville, was making a left turn from southbound Highway 89A onto Page Springs Road when her vehicle collided with an SUV, driven by a 24-year old man from Cottonwood, driving northbound on 89A. Flynn was transported to FMC where she later died. The driver of the SUV refused treatment. Northbound Highway 89A and Page Springs Road were both shut down to allow a medical helicopter to land. 89A was closed for 1.5 hours while Page Springs Road was blocked for more than three hours.
