1/20 Friday morning, YCSO responded to a head-on crash on Cornville Road, just east of Beaverhead Flats Road involving a passenger car and garbage truck. The investigation determined the driver of the car crossed the centerline, colliding with the trash truck. The driver of the car was taken to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries while the truck driver was not hurt. The crash forced the closures of the road for 2-hours.
