1/6 Early Thursday morning, YCSO conducted a traffic stop on I-17 near Rimrock. K-9 Radar alerted to the vehicle at which time deputies found what looked like a homemade explosive device. DPS Bomb Squad responded and indicated the item was not an explosive device. No arrest was made.
