Invasive Trees to be Removed from Willow Lake

1/2 The Prescott Forestry Crew is going to remove several invasive tree species in the Willow Lake area. The project is funded through a grant from the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management. Salt Cedar, Tree of Heaven and Siberian Elm trees will be removed from the 164-acres. Trees will be removed by hand thinning, chipping, and hauling. Work will take place through the end of February.
