2024 Was a Warm One/Climate Report from National Weather Service in Flagstaff

1/2 The National Weather Service in Flagstaff released the climate report for 2024. The average temperatures for 2024 were much above normal for northern Arizona. The year was in the top 3-warmest on record for many locations. Precipitation was below normal for most areas with western Coconino and Yavapai counties experiencing the driest conditions. Portions of east central and northeast Arizona saw above normal precipitation. Page, Winslow and Show Low all had their warmest years on record.
