Yavapai County is pleased to announce the swearing-in ceremony for several newly elected officials. The ceremony is scheduled for Monday, December 16, 2024, at 9:00 A.M., and will take place in the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors meeting room, located at 1015 Fair St., Prescott, AZ 86305.
The newly elected officials are:
- Brooks Compton, Board of Supervisors – District 1
- James Gregory, Board of Supervisors – District 2
- Nikki Check, Board of Supervisors – District 3
- Chris Kuknyo, Board of Supervisors – District 4
- Mary Mallory, Board of Supervisors – District 5
- Bill Risen, Constable – Bagdad/Yarnell
- Judd Simmons, County Assessor
- Dennis McGrane, County Attorney
- Michelle Burchill, County Recorder
- David Rhodes, County Sheriff
- Steve King, County Superintendent
- Chip Davis, County Treasurer
- Krista M. Carman, Superior Court Judge – Division 4
- Henry Whitmer, Superior Court Judge – Division 5
- Michael R. Bluff, Superior Court Judge – Division 7
- Debra R. Phelan, Superior Court Judge – Division 8
The ceremony will be administered by the Honorable Krista M. Carman, Superior Court Judge – Division 4. The public is invited to attend this momentous occasion and witness the official induction of these dedicated individuals who will serve the residents of Yavapai County. Light refreshments will be served.
