11/13 DPS says they were involved in some large drug seizures from August through October. Troopers seized an estimated 6,498-pounds of illicit drugs. The drugs included 837-pounds of fentanyl pills and powder, 514-pounds of meth and 4,883-pounds of marijuana. They also seized 231-pounds of cocaine and 33-pounds of heroin. Many partners on the federal, state and local levels assisted in the investigations.
