11/13 Dustin Parra has been appointed Deputy Chief of Operations for Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority. Chief Parra began his career 16-years ago as a reserve firefighter with the Chino Valley Fire District before joining the Central Yavapai Fire District as a full-time firefighter.
